Camplify is not an insurance provider, so we don't sell insurance to RV owners and don't have a PDS. 

Your RV is insured under our fleet insurance policy, and your cover is set out in the Camplify Member Agreement.


Here's how it works:

  • We have a Fleet Insurance Policy (as do other Peer to Peer sharing companies and rental car companies).

  • When you list your RV, we have an 'insurable interest' in your RV, so we include it as part of our 'fleet' for cover under our policy. This means your RV is covered for damage, theft and third party property damage whenever it's with a Hirer (and at all other times if you're on our Premium membership).

  • The full description of your RV's cover, along with any exclusions, is set out in your applicable Member Agreement and Owner Terms.

  • In the event of damage, theft, etc, we would handle the damage incident, organise assessment if appropriate and pay you any amounts owing, and we may pursue a claim under our insurance policy if we need to.

We have a Resolution team who work with you as the owner to get your RV back on the road as soon as possible and with minimal disruption.
