If a hirer's plans change and they can no longer travel then they will need to cancel their booking within the camplify website to generate the applicable credit or refund.

If you want to try and keep the booking send this to the hirer, giving them confidence in cleaning and safety.

What are both parties eligible for?
Hirer Credit: If a credit is applicable under the vehicles selected cancelation policy this will be processed automatically.
Hirer Refund: If a refund is due under the vehicle's cancellation policy this will be sent directly to our team to action.
Owner Remuneration is available on some of the cancelation policies.
If a hirer requests a cancellation and dates are across two different cancellation policies. The strictest policy will apply and show on the hirers confirmed booking
