Our cancellation policies have now been updated to also include cancellations caused by government restrictions. This means that hirers have extra COVID 19 protection and will be able to get either a full credit or refund if they have to cancel.

The amount of credit or refund that your hirer will receive will be based on the cancellation policy that you have chosen (Flexible,  Strict).

How to Cancel a booking


  1. Login to your Camplify Owners App

  2. Go to "Bookings" on the bottom menu

  3. Select "Upcoming”

  4. Select the booking you wish to cancel

  5. Select “Cancel Booking" at the bottom of the screen

  6. Click "Yes"
