Membership Terms and Conditions as at 01 August 2020

The premium membership is designed to support owners in their Camplify journey and provide a comprehensive product. But it also includes access to our Customer Success Team that provides advice about business growth, marketing, and strategic planning in our peer-to-peer environment.

If you need to cancel, please be aware of our Terms and Conditions.

  1. Camplify's Premium Membership is set at a Minimum Term of 12 Months. 
  2. An early termination fee of the contract balance will apply if an early exit occurs.
  3. Your premiums are deducted on a monthly or annual billing cycle selected by you when you signed up.

Camplify needs written confirmation through our Deactivation Form below.

The 12-month minimum only applies to new policies or changes to existing policies from 01 August 2020. 

  • Value change
  • Registration change
  • Ownership change

Cooling Off Period

If you decide Premium Membership is not for you within the first 30 Days. You can proceed with Deactivation and no further charges will apply.

How to cancel?

If you no longer require your membership please let the team know by submitting a Deactivation Form. This allows the team to proceed with the cancellation and rectify any areas of your accounts promptly.

If you would like to schedule your cancellation for a future date, you can set this in the deactivation form.

  1. Fill out the Deactivation Form for your country here 
    1. Australia Deactivation Form 
    2. New Zealand Deactivation Form  

  2. Click  "Submit"- This form will be sent to Camplify's Customer Support Team to act upon.
  3. The Customer Success Team work hard to respond promptly however any actions needed will be backdated to the date of the submitted deactivation form.

What about people who signed up before August 2020?

The new changes only apply to those that have signed up after August 1st 2020.

All existing memberships arrangements will be honored by Camplify. You can cancel at any time without paying the contract termination fee.

If you choose to resume cover, you will be doing so in accordance with the new Terms and Conditions set.
