As both parties must leave a review for it to be published, some owner reframe from posting their review of the hirer. However, this means that Camplify is not notified of the bad review and are not able to help you.
When you submit a damage claim, all notes about your damage claim will remain on your booking, the post-hire report and notes are made on the hirer's internal profile.
It's critical that owners share their insights about the hirer so we can prevent bad hirers on Camplify.
