Both parties review each other
Upon completion of the booking, you must leave a review of the hirer and they will be asked to leave one of you too. Reviews are crucial as hirers look for RVs with great feedback. It will increase the likelihood of more bookings in the future. Camplify will send an email + notification to your hirer to review, but you are ultimately responsible for reminding the hirer to leave a review.
You won't be able to see the review of you until you've completed a review in return.
As per ACCC guidelines, reviews can not be modified or deleted. The review that you submit will be final.
Owner review of the hirer
Please be truthful, comment on their communication, punctuality, honesty for damage. Your review will show on the booking but is not visible to the hirer until the hirer also completes their review. This review is not available publically, but is noted on their profile and send to owners who have bookings with the hirer.
Hirer reviews their experience
The hirer review of you is public and listed on your RV listing. Many owners will ask their hirers for specific feedback privately and ask that they post a review to encourage new bookings.
How to review your hirer:
- Go to your dashboard
- Click on "Bookings"
- Find the the "Completed" booking from your hirer
- Click "View booking"
- Click on the blue "Review your Hirer" button
- You will be asked to add a description and ratings on Accuracy, Check-in, Cleanliness and Communication
- Click "Submit Review"
