In the interest of making sure issues are resolved in an efficient and effective manner, there are a few guidelines and best practices we've established when it comes to requesting assistance from the Camplify team.

We operate almost 24/7 with teams in Australia (9am - 5pm AEST time) and Internationally.

If the line is busy, record and message and we will call back.

Information we need from you to help you

  1. Your Name, Phone number and Email
  2. Booking ID
  3. RV ID (last digits in your listing URL)


Do not contact the Camplify Facebook Groups for urgent attention.  

The Facebook group is NOT a suitable place for urgent issues, damage or insurance questions.


Finding the "Booking ID"

  1. Go to your Camplify App or Dashboard
  2. Find the booking in "Bookings"
  3. See the "Booking ID" and Hirers Name


Finding the "RV ID"

  1. Go to your Camplify App or Dashboard
  2. Look for your RV
  3. Click on the picture of the RV and it will open the public link
  4. This is the RV ID or Listing Link
