Understandably, You as the hirer may need to take the motorhome, campervan, or caravan through tolled roads to get to your destination.  

If you are aware of the area or route then please discuss an E Tag with the owner of the vehicle at the time of departure. A lot of our owners have E Tags in their vehicles where applicable and can advise on their process.  

Owners have two options in relation to Tolls

  1. If the charges are of a small value then they can be absorbed into the Owners "Service Fee" All our owners have the ability to charge a "Service Fee" within their listing and this fee applies to all hirers and is there to cover
  • Small incidentals
  • Cleaning products
  • Restock gas bottles
  • Road tolls 

    The service fee is usually $25-$100 depending on the vehicle and inclusions for the hire. The majority of road tolls are very minimal and owners can choose to absorb these.

2:  Owners can on charge the Tolls upon the return of the Vehicle. Owners can advise you of tolls accrued and you as the hirer can settle on day of return either by Cash or they the owner can report the toll notice in the Post Hire Check List and amounts be deducted from your bond if preferable.

As per our Hiring Terms

  • You or any authorised driver on your booking must pay all fines and infringements as well as any fines or charges imposed by parking or towing the camplify equipment.  
  • If Camplify pay for any infringements incurred by you during the rental period An administration fee for all such payments will apply.
