Campaigns is a Premium Member-exclusive feature that lets you send messages and offers directly to past hirers, encouraging them to rebook your van. It's built into the new Camplify dashboard and gives you a simple way to turn a one-off hirer into a repeat member of your community.
What Campaigns Does For YouReconnect with past hirers. Instead of waiting for a hirer to think of you again, Campaigns lets you reach out first with a message or offer sent straight to their inbox.
Send tailored offers. You can shape your outreach around a specific van, season, or occasion, giving past hirers a reason to book with you again rather than searching for a new owner.
Save time on manual outreach. Rather than messaging past hirers one by one, Campaigns brings this into your dashboard so it's part of your normal owner workflow.
Who Can Access CampaignsCampaigns is exclusive to Club Camplify Premium Members, alongside the new Analytics feature. If you're not yet a Premium Member, you can upgrade your account to unlock both.
Campaigns is only available on the new account experience, not on the classic dashboard. If you haven't switched over yet, see How to opt in to the new account experience to get set up first.
Pro-tip: the classic dashboard becomes unsupported from 1 October 2026, and any new features Camplify releases from that point will only be available on the new dashboard. Switching over now means you won't lose access to Campaigns or future tools.
How to Send a Campaign- Log in to your Camplify account and switch to the new dashboard if you haven't already.
- From the left-hand side navigation, select 'Campaigns'.
- Choose the past hirers you'd like to reach out to.
- Write your message, or attach an offer for them to consider.
- Send your campaign to the selected hirers.
Past hirers who receive a campaign message can respond directly through your Camplify messaging thread, the same way any other booking enquiry works.
Do I need to be a Premium Member to use Campaigns?
Yes. Campaigns is one of two features exclusive to Premium Members on the new dashboard, alongside Analytics.
Can I use Campaigns on the classic dashboard?
No. Campaigns is only available once you've switched to the new account experience.
Is Campaigns the same as Send Quote?
No. Send Quote lets you turn an existing pre-booking message from a hirer into a formal offer they can accept. Campaigns is for reaching out to past hirers who haven't messaged you, to invite them to rebook.
Will Campaigns be available in the app?
The new account experience is currently available on the web, with the app version coming later. Check back on this article for updates once app access is confirmed.
