Camplify adheres to ACCC guidelines, which means reviews cannot be edited unless:

Reviews are designed to reflect honest opinions and provide a balanced perspective of the booking experience. Disputes cannot be raised solely because a user disagrees with the content of a review.

A review may only be removed or amended in the following cases:

Written agreement from both the owner and the hirer that the review contains inaccurate information.

Evidence that the review breaches Camplify’s community guidelines, terms, and/or policies.

Can reviews be transferred between listings or accounts?
No, reviews are non-transferable. A review reflects the RV and the owner of that account at the time of the booking. If the RV is sold or transferred, the review cannot be moved to another account or listing.
