How to Request a Refund for Credit on Your Account?

Sometimes plans change. Whether you’ve shortened your trip, the owner has given you a discount after paying, or you've had to cancel* a booking, any resulting overpayment or amendment is automatically added to your Camplify account as a credit.
If you would prefer to have that credit returned to your original payment method rather than leaving it on your account for a future trip, you can request a refund directly from your booking page.
*Please note that not all credit is available for refund and is subject to any relevant cancellation policy.
1. Log In to Your Account
First, head to the Camplify website for and log in.
2. Locate Your Booking
Navigate to your "Bookings" section and select the specific booking that has been amended or cancelled.
3. Identify Your Credit Balance
Once on the booking page, you will see a highlighted banner at the top of the screen. This banner will display the exact amount currently held as credit (You can also see your total account credit at the bottom of the drop-down menu after clicking 'My Account').
4. Request the Refund
To move these funds from your Camplify account back to your bank account:

Locate the blue "Request refund" button within the credit banner.

Click the button to submit your request to our team.
5. What Happens Next?
After clicking the button, your request is sent to our team for manual review.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take up to 14 days to be processed and appear in your account.

Confirmation: The banner on your booking page will update to let you know the request has been received and is being processed.
Note: If you choose not to request a refund, the credit will remain securely on your Camplify account and can be applied toward your next adventure!
