At Camplify, we encourage our hirers and owners to communicate with each other. Owners are given control over their RVs as long as they follow the terms and conditions. That being said, it is best to directly ask the owners since they know their RVs more and can answer your queries better.

The "Talk to the Owner" option gives the hirers of Camplify the privilege to communicate with these RV owners directly. Here are the steps to talk to the owner.

Step 1. Make sure that you have already signed up with Camplify. If you have already signed up, log in by clicking on My Dashboard on the upper right-hand side corner of the homepage:

Step 2. You can then search for the RV that you want. Once you find it, click the RV and you will be taken to a page that shows the RV details (please see the sample photo below):


Step 3. Scroll down and the "About the Owner" is located on the right. Click on the talk to the owner button.


Step 4. Put the dates that you want to book and write down your query for the owner. Once done, you can click the blue button labelled "Start Conversation":


Step 5. A booking enquiry would then be sent to the owner and will reflect on his dashboard. NOTE: Please give the owners 24 - 72 hours to respond. This is our standard response time for owners. 

If you do not hear from the owner within 72 hours, it's best to look for other available RVs on the website.
